To initiate a return:

  • Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted
  • Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label

1.2 Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unusedunwashed, and returned in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be intact
  • We cannot accept items that are worndamaged, or altered by the customer

1.3 Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items related to personal use or hygiene

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free for all eligible returns
  • No restocking fees or hidden charges

2. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • You will receive an email once your refund has been processed

3. Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider
  2. Contact your credit card company

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damageddefective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Send your order number and photos of the issue to support@dazika.store
  • We’ll arrange a replacementexchange, or full refund at no extra cost
